All of this within the framework of the existing commercial relationship between EQUIVALENZA RETAIL, S.L.U. and the data subject.

For the same purpose as described above, you authorise the transfer of your data to the company CRITERIA RECURSOS HUMANOS S.L.U.

To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and opposition, you must contact EQUIVALENZA RETAIL S.L.U. by sending an email to the following address: gdpr@equivalenza.com. In your request, you must identify yourself and specify which right you wish to exercise, attaching a copy of your identity document.

We inform you that, in the event that you request the deletion of your data, but a legal obligation must be fulfilled in accordance with the applicable legislation, during the period established by law, your data will not be completely erased but will be separated so that they cannot be processed.
